Louis was Born in East Lansing Michigan where he lived until graduating from MSU.
His passion for writing, having graduated in Journalism Art history and Philosophy, was superseded by the desire to dance. He then Spent 3 years studying at the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School. Dancing with Alonzo King Lines He partnered with Debra Rose who introduced him to the Gyrotonic methodology. He lived for 3 years in Germany working as a soloist in many Theatres before landing in Zurich. He taught Cambridge Business English Whilst studying to become Ballet teacher in NYC style with David Howard. He then completed a Ballet Pedagog course in Vienna Austria in the Vagonova method.

In 2007 Studying under the tutelage of Gina Munsterkotter He became a 

GYROTONIC© instructor . 2010 studying with Juliu Horvath he finished his GYROKINESIS degree. He also studied the Pathways with Paul Horvath. The Gyrotoner with Abel Horvath.
Pre -Trainer with  Anke Hauerstein and Hideto Heshiki.
In 2011 he opened Studio-b-one in Winterthur where he is still teaching Gyrotonic,  methods and coaching ballet.

Louis has conducted pre-training courses at his studio and continues  to share the Gyrotonic Expansion System to high end athletes, runners, golfers, pre and post natal,ice hockey players(having played competitive  ice hockey till 18),yogis, feldenkrise practitioners, crano- sacral therapists,pilates instructors Alexander technique practitioners, body mind centering practitioners, spiral  technique practitioners, Feldenkrais teachers and people seeking rehab from operations in the hip, shoulders and spine, post rehab assistance and people with no body work background whatsoever who are abhorrent to the idea of exercising but find themselves living in pain. From the ages of 12 to 85 have all visited studio-b-one.
